We were impressed with the exceptional service provided by the friendly and professional staff. We were given a free upgrade to a beautiful suite, which was spacious and well-furnished. The hotel facilities including the indoor and outdoor pools were top-notch. The food served during the evening was of a very high standard.

Breakfast is extensive and the terrace provides a lovely atmosphere to eat. the hotel also has a great wine list and a well-stocked bar. Guests can enjoy a relaxing spa and indoor/outdoor pools, providing the perfect setting for a serene getaway.

Luxurious amenities and exceptional service make this venue a perfect getaway. the spa center with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and a steam room was just what I needed to unwind. the massage was heavenly, and the sun terrace and garden area were a great way to relax. the restaurant provided an in-room breakfast upon request, and the outdoor dining area was fantastic. All special diet menus were catered to, and the private facilities were exclusive. This hotel is a must-stay!

Although it was only a minor issue, one of the beach umbrellas was damaged and could not be used. the sun loungers were available, and the staff immediately provided a solution.

The hotel was great in terms of amenities and service. the swimming pool, gym, and spa facilities were all top notch. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, situated right in the heart of the city. Convenience wasn't an issue, as it was easily accessible to shopping areas and local attractions, making sightseeing fairly convenient.

During the Christmas holidays, the hotel was very crowded and noisy. the holiday decorations were left up until mid-January, which was a bit overwhelming, making it hard to relax and enjoy an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
